Estonian Startup Plumbr: We Want Our Users to Never Lose Another Customer due to Poor Website Performance17.05.2017
"Too many development teams solve issues based on emotional, often vague feedback from customers when they should be prioritizing tasks based on facts," Estonian startup Plumbr writes in its press release. "Automated tools like Plumbr Browser Agent are more objective and accurate than humans making fixing the right issues much faster."
Plumbr's previous product offering, packaged as a Java agent, was designed to expose the performance issues in applications deployed on Java Virtual Machine. Plumbr Browser Agent however works with any HTML/JS based web application regardless of the backend.
The founders of Plumbr are all engineers. Previously to Plumbr they helped to grow a small software house into region’s leading software provider hiring more than 600 employees and closing high-level customers from top banks, telecom enterprises and government organisations in Scandinavia.
Last month, Plumbr hired Taavi Kotka, the former CIO of Estonian Government who played key role in helping Estonia develop as an advanced digital society.
Plumbr’s target customers are companies that run or develop business critical software systems, such as banks, e-commerce sites, and product development companies. It already services more than a hundred customers including Verizon, Twilio, HBO, SEB and many others.
The company's headquarters is located in Tallinn.
